The world's most prestigious food innovation fair, Sial, finally opened its doors again in Paris after a long hiatus due to the pandemic. We, as, Erturk joined this event that took place with record-breaking participation between the 15 to 19 of October. The president of ITO (Istanbul Chamber Of Commerce) Mr Sekib Avdagic, Turkey's ambassador to France Mr Onaner and the Permanent Representative to the OECD Prof. Dr Kerem Alkin were among our guests. With our esteemed guests, amongst many other subjects, we also talked about the need to widen Turkey's status in the organic market and the latest advances in the sultana market. During the 5 days that we were there, we managed to gather useful information on what we could do for our sector and our country while we received our guests at our booth. We also looked at how we can expand into new markets while gaining clients.
